William spent 20 years in sales and decorating in the paint industry. He then joined a construction company where he constructed numerous large housing complexes and high rise apartment blocks in and around Cape Town. Later William came full circle and joined a multi-disciplinary civil engineering company doing major roadworks, bridge building and dredging as their Administrative Manager. As the Administrative Manager, William travelled to Zambia, Malawi and Namibia. He is located in Struisbaai where he is involved in new home construction and renovation where his extensive knowledge of civil engineering and construction techniques has stood his clients in in good stead. William is a Registered Tour Guide and member of and trainer for the SANParks Honorary Ranger as well as serving as the incoming Chairman of the Suidpunt Residents Association. He has now joined REDZetc in order to deliver the kind of service to property sellers and buyers that they deserve. His extensive real estate knowledge and experience are an asset to REDZetc.
