Elton established Ikon Property Group in 2009 - seeing an opportunity to provide a niche investment broking service to the listed and private property sector. His key skills lie in sourcing, packaging and brokering investment property deals. Elton has brokered investment deals across retail, industrial and office asset classes throughout South Africa using an extensive property network. In doing so, he has built a reputation of integrity and delivery.

Elton is an accomplished cyclist, having completed 22 Argus Cycle Tours, and many mountain bike stage races.
