If you would excuse a little boasting, although life’s storms have taken its toll, I remain proud, stand tall, am strong and have unlimited potential to offer. Yes, yes, I must sell myself, so allow this old lady, now a diamond in the rough, some liberty as she does so.

Enjoy morning breakfasts or sunsets on the large patio or deck overlooking the pool and garden. I remember how the children used to run up and own these stairs chasing one another and jumping into the pool, biking around the long driveway and through the garden around the trees.

Be out on the deck, frolicking in the pool or arrived home from a hard day’s work, parked in my large double garage with storeroom and direct access into the house and you would be able to smell the aroma of moms cooking. “It’s the heart of the home and my domain”, mom would say! When it comes to sleeping quarters there are four good sized bedrooms - all tiled with BIC and aircon units. The main bedroom has a walk-in-cupboard and en-suite while the family bathroom and guest loo sufficiently service the rest of the family and guests.

My main geyser doesn’t draw electricity as this ‘old duck’ got fancy and decided to go solar, providing singular power to the geyser. This addition was rather exciting and makes me blush, thinking of all the modern ways someone with a vison can take me to new heights.

Are you one of those ‘investor’ types I have heard so much about? Well, take note that my grounds have the capacity to build more accommodation on the flat area of land which can easily be made private. Surprise me, why don’t you and do me up and ‘flip’ me because what I offer is bang for your buck and will deliver a return on your investment, especially being so centrally located. Oh, listen to me, this new venture exhilarates me, and I know my possibilities and virtues far outweigh my current look. Aren’t I being the chatterbox!
