The olives do not currently get irrigated and have little yield at present, but production could be revitalized when a new maintenance plan is implemented. The olive production and harvesting could be farmed out to the local industry.

Registered mountain streams feed two reservoirs, and two earth catchment dams with crystal clear water that is also used for all domestic purposes. Gravitation keeps pumping costs at an absolute minimum.

Shared access to the farm is via a locked steel sliding gate, opened via cell phone, and a paved road leading to a neighbouring farms in the same area.
