How do I reserve a stand?

Will transfer duty be payable on the purchase
price?
No. Because properties are purchased directly from the developer, VAT has already been included in the purchase price and no transfer duty will be payable.

Are purchasers obligated to commence and complete building by a given date?
Yes, you will be afforded 36 months from date of registration to commence building operations and 12 months to complete the building operations, which is three years from registration. An occupation certificate for the dwelling will be considered proof of completion of this process.
