Property description
The apartment has real floor space, the kind you notice the first time you walk in. The lounge and kitchen open into each other and give you that loft-style feel where you're not constantly aware of the walls. There's space to have people over, space to work from home, space to just exist without the apartment feeling like it's working against you.
Two good-sized bedrooms, both in solid condition. The balcony is a proper one with views worth having, not a narrow ledge you squeeze onto once a month.
Complex is quiet and secure, the kind of place where you settle in fast and stop thinking about the small stuff. No noise, no drama, well maintained.
Good option for a professional who wants a comfortable base close to work, or a couple who want their first place to actually feel like a home and not a compromise.
- Lease period: 12 months
- Security Features
- Sea View
