1. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property at all times.
3. The penthouse will be professionally repainted prior to occupation.
4. Upon vacating, tenants are required to repaint the interior using the landlord’s approved painters only.
5. The property must be returned in its original condition, clean, damage-free, and well maintained.
6. Any damage, neglect, or alterations will be repaired at the tenant’s cost.
7. Applicants must be professionally employed, financially stable individuals or small households who demonstrate exceptional standards of cleanliness, discipline, and responsibility.
8. Preference will be given to executives, professionals, singles, single parents, or couples without children secure, and exclusive living environment.
9. Strict credit checks, employment verification, affordability assessments, and reference checks will be conducted. Approval is at the sole discretion of the landlord.
