Property description
If you are looking for a beautiful, spacious apartment close to the beach, these brand new apartments at SELA are definitely worth viewing.
R35 000 for 268m2
R40 000 for 308m2
R45 000 for 310m2
The apartments are incredibly generous in size, ranging from 267m² to 310m², with three large bedrooms, all en suite. The living areas are open and spacious, with plenty of natural light and lovely sea views.
The kitchen is modern and beautifully finished, with a gas hob, oven and a separate scullery, which I always think makes such a difference in a family home.
You also have solar power, air conditioning, a large private balcony, your own garage and a storeroom. The apartments are fibre ready and pet friendly too.
The complex itself is really lovely, with landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, pool deck and boma area. There is lift access to all levels, biometric access and electric fencing for added security.
And the location is fantastic. You are only around 500 metres from Shaka’s Rock Beach, so you can actually walk down to the beach, while Salt Rock, Ballito, schools, shops, restaurants and medical facilities are all close by.
What really stands out for me is the amount of space you are getting. These do not feel like your typical apartments. You have large rooms, beautiful coastal views and all the practical extras like solar, gas and a separate scullery.
If you are looking for a long term rental on the North Coast with space, sea views and the beach within walking distance, I would definitely recommend coming to have a look
