La Mercy is also a quick 15 minutes’ drive to Gateway Theatre of Shopping in Umhlanga and Ballito Junction Shopping Mall in Ballito. In addition to Marine Walk Shopping Centre, Umdloti Beach has 4 excellent restaurants, 2 coffee shops and a great family bar restaurant. So, if you want to go out for the evening, Umdloti is probably the first choice.
