Cost is rent R4500 plus the communal fee of R1000 per person per month, which is for uncapped wi-fi, electricity, water, sewerage, refuse, gas, and security. Note: No laundry facilities (public laundry available within 400 meters from the complex. Total R5500 per month for one person only. If a couple rents, then R1000 will be charged for an extra person

Application fee for one applicant is R1500 plus VAT. If a second application, then R250 extra
7 communal bathrooms can be locked for privacy when in use.
Overnight visitors must be reported, and a charge of R95 per visitor per night is applicable
