We have an unfurnished room available in a 4-bedroom apartment, complete with a built-in cupboard. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

We welcome either male or female tenants, as the other three rooms are occupied by one female and two males. Preference will be given to senior students.

The apartment is located in Helderzicht, conveniently situated next to Aandklas and directly across from Eikestad Mall.

Please note that there is no parking available. Electricity costs are divided among the four residents and will be billed alongside the rent.
