Please note that the house is not suitable for people or pets who cannot climb steps easily (young or old), as there are a lot of stairs and some of the stairs are open floating stairs, that can intimidate some.
This vast property also features a garden flat, occupied by a lovely young couple with their two dogs. Each tenant has their own spacious private outdoor space. Application, credit check and a good, clean credit record is needed. A breakage deposit equal to two months rental is required. It will be invested in a trust account, on behalf of the approved tenant.
