During the 2007/2008 market recession, while other agents struggled to remain in the industry, Andre Sciocatti launched his property practitioners career. He quickly made a name for himself by selling out several developments in the Faerie Glen and Olympus area. Today, Andre is sought-after by multiple developers in Pretoria East, where he is busy marketing various new developments.
Some of the successful developments he has marketed include The Graces, Dombeya Ridge, Kambro Estate, L'breeze phase one and phase two, Bridge Field Estate, 5th on Brooklyn, and Bell Haven, along with several building packages and stands in Crowthorn Estate, Menlo Park, and the Menlyn area.
Andre's qualifications include PDE 4, PDE 5, NQF4, and NQF5 status in real estate, as well as HCP and ACPP qualifications in marketing and photography.
As one of the directors and Principals at Apple Property Connection, he also serves as the marketing director to ensure the company's image remains modern, fresh, and professional.

Currently, Andre is working on expanding Apple's national footprint by introducing a new, revolutionary concept to agents in the property industry.
