Apple property Connection was established by owner and principal Petro Sciocatti in 2012. In 2015 the Witbank branch opened their doors. It wasn't just another real estate agency but one with a fresh look onto real estate.

Charlotte Erasmus has been the manager of this branch since 2016. She has started her real estate career in 2004. She wrote the estate agent affair board exam. In 2004 Charlotte completed her NQF 4 and successfully passed her PDE exam in 2009. Which makes her a profession real estate agent with a valid Fidelity fund certificate. To qualify working at Apple property Connections you have to have a valid FFC. All our agents are highly qualified in their flied and continue with their yearly PDE points.
Charlotte and the agents of Apple property in Witbank's aim is to take a genuine interest in our clients understand their expectations when it comes to any real estate business. Due to our qualifications we are able to give real estate advise to both sellers and buyers.
