My name is Herman van Rooy and I have been an agent since 1998. For the past 21 years I have been selling townhouses, duets and houses. I sold my first property in Moreleta Park in 1978. The interest rate then was 25%.

Before entering the exciting world of real estate, I studied a B.Com (Hons) Economics. (Univ. of Pretoria) and worked as a career diplomat in Geneva, Switzerland. I also worked for Cyril Ramaphosa at Johnnics before coming a real estate agent. I have attended numerous courses relating to Real Estate both in SA and the USA. I have also received many awards as an agent and as a Manager.
It is however the selling of your property that motivates and excites me!
