My career spans executive leadership in the technology sector, Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee roles, and successfully running an Organisation Design Consultancy serving national and multinational organisations. These experiences have shaped my strategic thinking, business acumen, integrity and ability to build lasting relationships.
