What makes you stand out in the real estate industry?

I am a people’s person and I have a wealth of real estate knowledge. I’m passionate about helping you find your ideal rental home in Centurion suburbs like Heuweloord and Mnandi.

Tell us about the area you specialise in and what you love about it.

I specialise in a complex called The Junction in Heuweloord. The convenience that residents here get to enjoy is second to none. There’s easy proximity to major highways and we’re close to an array of shopping centres. Security is a real priority here and I love helping families find a safe home that meets their needs. Heuweloord offers everything a family could want, from green spaces, golf clubs and parks to malls, restaurants and culture. It’s an environment that’s great for everyone, from single people to families and retirees.

What are your secrets for helping people buy, sell or rent property?

The key to my success lies in my passion for what I do. I help people in every way I can and make a point of offering every client both care and professionalism. Right from the start, every client of mine knows that I’m determined to find them their ideal home. I also aim to simplify the process of renting real estate in every way possible. What advice would you give somebody looking to rent their first property?

The first step is to chat to a rental consultant. By getting prequalified for a rental and doing the necessary credit checks, you’ll know exactly how much you can spend. Secondly, find a property practitioner who you trust, and build a relationship with him or her. They will be able to give you the lowdown on properties that may meet your needs – sometimes even before these properties get advertised.
