Trevor’s experience in Real Estate spans more than 7 years of specializing in selling and renting in Sydenham, Sandringham, Linksfield, Bedford Park, Senderwood and St Andrews.

Having experience in both sales and rentals, he has an in-depth knowledge of the processes and experience that allows him to build confidence with sellers, buyers, lessors and lessees. As such he is able to speak with knowledge and enthusiasm to prospective clients and offer them an extended service in assisting them in every aspect of the process from start to finish.

Trevor holds his NQF4 qualification and is a certified property practitioner and has a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate for a period of 7 years. He also holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering.

What Trevor loves about working in Real Estate is the diverse and interesting people he meets. He loves working with people and gets genuine satisfaction in finding them their dream home.

When Trevor isn’t working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, hiking, cooking and baking.
