My name is Millicent Maredi, and I recently joined Harcourts Cyan as a candidate property practitioner. I bring over 16 years of experience in the retail industry and approximately 10 years in management, where I have successfully driven growth through a strong focus on values, company culture, and exceptional customer service. My efforts have not only enhanced key performance indicators (KPIs) but also earned me several awards for outstanding achievements.

I hold a qualification in business management from UNISA and am currently pursuing a project management course at Oxbridge Academy. In my spare time, I enjoy housekeeping and reading poetry books.
