I grew up in the Southern Suburbs of Johannesburg in the 70’s and 80’s learnt about many critical important factors that I still apply today from my parents.

These lessons instilled in me where the foundation of key fundamentals not just in business but as a person as a whole.

In short, these words give insight to principals I have used over many years with my career, many may say basic principles but they have moulded me into being honest, operate with integrity, being respectful, have empathy and lead by example to motivate and guide through sharing with team members.

Having been privileged to work for manufacturing companies and retail franchises as well as sitting on sub comms with OEM importers and manufacturers I gained a tremendous amount of insight into the workings of the entire business operations.

Over the years many highlights come to mind and I believe with team work, good fundamentals much can be achieved. Relationships with customers is key, earn the trust and deliver on your promise. In today’s hectic environment I see that communication is a key factor, fail on this and you lose the relationship.
