Daniel Mouton has been involved in selling property since 2008. He has vast experience levels in new developments and 2nd hand residential sales. He has personally sold over 200 residential units and 300 new development units.

He also facilitated new sales for Burgundy Estate, Rossini & Solé Country Estate & Woodhurst Square in the Protea Heights area. He also marketed developments in Kraaifontein and Durbanville, such as Viking Villas, Calvin Estate, Flamingo Crescent & Durbanville Square to name a few. Currently he is focusing on new developments in the Haasendal, Kuilsriver area and Kraaifontein/Durbanville area.

Daniel has a Senior Personnel Management Diploma with 15 years corporate management experience in the insurance and direct marketing industries, which has positioned him well for the real estate industry.

He is most proud of the relationships that he has built up over the past 12 years in the real estate business. Satisfied buyers and sellers tend to use him again to either sell their property, or find them a new property. He is also 24/7 available for his clients – whether it is a valuation needed or just a friendly chat about the property market.

Daniel has been married for over 23 years with five stunning kids. Friends and family plays an important part in his life. He is obviously passionate about property and people, and takes the view that property is wealth creation for future generations. Matching Buyers and Sellers correctly, is what Daniel does best.
