I am a senior Programme, Project and Operations Management professional with more than 30 years of experience leading complex programmes, projects and transformation initiatives across defence, government, ICT, financial services, infrastructure, telecommunications and other highly regulated environments.
Throughout my career, I have established and led PMOs, managed enterprise portfolios and delivered strategic programmes with values of up to R1.2 billion. My experience covers project and programme governance, strategic planning, operational management, digital transformation, risk and financial management, service delivery and executive reporting.
I am particularly strong at bringing structure and clarity to complex environments. I combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to delivery and enjoy working with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable results.
I am PMP and ITIL4 certified, with extensive experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. I believe in collaborative leadership, clear accountability and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on developing people, improving processes and delivering sustainable business value.
