Established in 1978 by Ed Patrick, who was joined two years later by his son David, at the back of Mrs Patrick’s cushion shop in Perks Arcade in the CBD of Pietermaritzburg! The firm grew over the years and now has a staff complement of more than 30 and is consistently in the top 20 franchisees in the Harcourts Group.

As the industry changed, so did the company which grew over the years to where it is today. Not only is the firm one of the top 5 real estate companies in Pietermaritzburg, but they also have branches in Howick and Mooi River.
