Harcourts Port Alfred

Kate Knight is a Non-Principal Property Practitioner | Harcourts Port Alfred
With a genuine passion for property and a strong commitment to personal service, I am proud to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
Having spent nearly 30 years working alongside my husband in our family’s egg farming business in the Eastern Cape, I understand the value of hard work, building lasting relationships and treating people with honesty and respect. These values continue to guide my approach to real estate.
Since joining Harcourts Port Alfred in 2024, I have worked hard to build my knowledge of the local property market and provide clients with professional, informed advice. Being recognised as Harcourts South Africa’s Rookie of the Year nationally was a particularly proud milestone in my real estate career, along with receiving further industry recognition for my achievements.
Living and working in the Port Alfred area has strengthened my appreciation for the unique lifestyle our beautiful coastal community offers. Whether you are buying your first home or a holiday home, selling a family property, investing or looking for a place to retire, I believe every client deserves individual attention, clear communication and honest guidance throughout the process.
I take pride in keeping clients informed, understanding their needs and working diligently to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
As part of the Harcourts team, I am backed by an internationally recognised brand built on integrity, service and putting people first.
My philosophy is simple: build relationships, provide honest advice and always put my clients first.
