In March 2020, business owner Courtney Egelhof took a decisive step by partnering with Harcourts South Africa — part of the globally recognised Harcourts brand. This move secured the franchises for greater Pinetown, Cowies Hill Park, Queensburgh, and surrounding areas.

Joining the Harcourts family felt like a natural fit. Our values align closely, and access to their innovative technology and systems allows us to deliver consistently exceptional service to every client.

In 2023, we entered an exciting new chapter when Courtney’s daughter, Kim, joined the team. Together they expanded the business by acquiring the franchise for Westville, Cowies Hill, Dawncliffe, Sherwood, and surrounding areas.

Kim brings nearly 20 years of hands-on real estate experience in these suburbs. Her journey has taken her from Executive Personal Assistant to one of Westville’s leading agents, and later into a sales and team-leadership role mentoring candidate agents. Her deep local knowledge and practical expertise add significant strength to our team.
