Cherize Booysen | Head of Marketing

Born and raised in Krugersdorp, I have always been proud to call the West Rand home. After attending Laerskool Dr. Havinga and later Hoërskool Monument, I joined the Harcourts family in 2017 as a receptionist, the year after I matriculated.

From the very beginning, I embraced every opportunity to learn and grow within the business. While working full-time, I completed my BCom degree in Business Management, combining practical industry experience with formal education. My personal motto has always been: "Be stronger than your strongest excuse!"—a mindset that has guided me throughout my career.

Over the years, I progressed into office management, where I became deeply involved in supporting agents, managing operations, and ensuring that the office ran efficiently. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bringing structure, organisation, and consistency to every aspect of the business.

Today, I serve as Head of Marketing for Harcourts Rhino, where I oversee our marketing strategy and digital presence. I manage and create content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, helping to showcase our properties, celebrate our agents' successes, and strengthen our brand within the community.

I also manage our Google Business Profile and online review platforms, ensuring that our clients' experiences are highlighted and that our reputation for exceptional service continues to grow.

Beyond marketing, I assist with many of the operational functions that keep the business moving forward, from coordinating marketing campaigns and community initiatives to supporting our agents and office team behind the scenes.

My goal is to ensure that our brand remains professional, our agents are fully supported, and every client interaction reflects the high standards of Harcourts Rhino.
