Being a resident of Florida, Roodepoort for the past 17 years he launched his sales career in the Florida property market in 2011, his understanding of the West Rand’s shifting neighbourhood dynamics, sectional title demands, and residential growth makes him a definitive market authority. Because of this deep-seated expertise, Quinton continues to personally manage property sales in Florida and surrounding suburbs by exclusive request, ensuring his past clients receive his direct transactional oversight.

Before taking the helm as the central Sales Manager for Harcourts Rhino, Quinton spent several years successfully heading up the high-volume Rand office branch. Leading a powerhouse team of 15 to 20 elite agents, his operational command and leadership directly contributed to Business Owner Louis Barbosa capturing the prestigious RWK Award as Top Business Owner year on year. Following a strategic organizational consolidation, Quinton seamlessly transitioned his entire team into the primary Rhino hub, where he now directly mentors, trains, and inspires the team.
