My name is Malcom Nyamapfeni, and I am a recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Development and Estate Management, along with a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of real estate. Beyond my professional credentials, I am driven by a genuine passion for helping people unlock their potential and achieve their dreams — a quality instilled in me through the transformative support I have received from others throughout my own journey. At the heart of everything I do, lies an insatiable curiosity: a desire to learn, grow, and acquire new knowledge, experiences, and skills to become not just a better professional, but a better human being.
Working in tandem, these values have helped me excel in my budding three-year career as a property practitioner, during which I have provided professional real estate services to private individuals, corporates, government departments, and local authorities. My experience spans multiple facets of the industry, including property investment; sales and marketing; assisting buyers and sellers in navigating the property market; property valuation, including valuations for purposes such as sale, accounting, insurance, and property rating; property operations and facilities management, managing residential, commercial, and industrial rental properties; as well as property development, including managing construction projects.
As a well-rounded real estate professional whose expertise continues to grow, I am committed to becoming a registered property practitioner in South Africa, progressing from Candidate Property Practitioner to Full Status Property Practitioner. To achieve this, I joined Harcourts South Africa, a leading firm in the property industry, where I am surrounded by a world-class team of experts and immersed in a learning-conducive environment.
Outside of real estate, I am an environmentalist with a deep passion for landscape design and a fitness enthusiast who finds joy in outdoor runs. If you frequent Nimrod Park during the early morning or late evening hours, you have probably seen me jogging past.
