Sonja Swanepoel is a dedicated Full Status Property Practitioner with a passion for people and property. Active in real estate since 2014 and part of Harcourts UD since 2017, she brings extensive experience, entrepreneurial insight and a genuine commitment to making every property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Born and raised in Uitenhage and now living in Despatch, Sonja has strong local roots and an excellent understanding of the communities she serves. Before entering real estate, she built a successful career in the fitness industry, owning and managing a gym from 1998 — experience that strengthened her business skills and passion for working with people.

Sonja believes in honesty, transparency and providing service that goes beyond expectations. She takes the time to understand each client's needs and is always willing to assist with the practical details, from arranging removal companies and garden services to helping clients find rental accommodation. She also works closely with trusted transferring attorneys and bond originators to support her clients throughout the property registration process.

Her dedication and success have been recognised with a Harcourts Cyan Pin for achieving R100 million in sales.
