My initial work and employment experience was in accounting and auditing as I practised as a public auditor from 1983 to 1998 in the office of the Auditor General. Was a registered Accounting Officer for Close Corporations in that time. Ventured into the private sector in 1998 by starting my own business that later led to an internet website franchise where my brother and I put up our own website “ Valuables.co.za “ that marketed vintage and exotic cars, light aircraft and other valuable items. We were approached to sell a property in the early part of 2000 that led us to registering an agency with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and there my property career commenced. I later became the sole owner of Valuables Properties and Valuables Rentals Pty Ltd until early 2025 whereafter my focus and vision then changed towards joining a Corporate Property Company and that being Harcourts.
