Harcourts West Coast

I’m Sumarie, a proud West Coast local and a dedicated property practioner with Harcourts West Coast, serving Velddrif, Port Owen, Laaiplek, and Dwarskersbos.

I believe real estate is about far more than property — it’s about people. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind. I approach every client relationship with genuine care, respect, and a people-first mindset.

My values guide everything I do: doing the right thing through honesty and integrity, being courageous in finding solutions and standing up for my clients’ best interests, and bringing warmth, positivity, and even a little fun into the journey. My goal is to create an experience that is professional yet personal, where you feel supported, understood, and truly valued from start to finish.

Sumarie Dettmer is a Candidate Property Practitioner with Harcourts West Coast, working in Port Owen, Velddrif and St Helena Views. Sumarie currently has 9 properties on the market.
