As the Manager’s Assistant at Legacy Real Estate Group, I take pride in providing dedicated administrative support while ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. I understand the importance of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism, and I strive to deliver exceptional service in every task I undertake.

A key part of my role involves drafting residential and commercial lease agreements, preparing supporting lease documentation, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures. I also attend to tenant credit checks and verification processes, assisting in the screening and approval process to help facilitate seamless rental transactions.

In addition to managing lease administration, I provide ongoing support to the management team by coordinating documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. I believe that attention to detail and effective communication are essential in creating a smooth and efficient experience for landlords, tenants, and colleagues alike.
