Monique Cosgrave is our very own Group Customer Relations Manager as well as the Office Manager for Lifestyle Property Group. She is self-motivated and always eager to learn new things! She takes any task handed to her and enjoys every minute of handling it! (Aren't we lucky!).

Monique is the type that burns midnight oil, which is evident in received emails at 12h01! She loves her job but most off all, she loves her family. Monique has high standards when it comes to her family and her job - hence the reason for receiving the special award as Administrator of the year still under Seeff Meyersdal's wing.

Monique started in the Real Estate industry at Seeff Richards Bay 2014 where she was Client Relationship Manager and fulfilled Administrator tasks. She was great in kicking spreadsheets and reports where it matters! Here Monique also received the special Award of Administrator of the year. Monique then moved back to Johannesburg where she started working for Seeff Meyersdal in 2019 as Client Relations Manager working under the wing of Mr Frans Van Staden. "My blood will always be blue" she said.

In November 2021, Frans Van Staden, Managing Director of Seeff Meyersdal opened LIFESTYLE PROPERTY GROUP. Monique was truly excited about this as she had the opportunity and privileges to assist in setting up Lifestyle Property Group along side with Mr. Frans Van Staden. Working long hours and a few months to get Lifestyle Property Group up and running, we can finally see that Lifestyle Property Group has already made a footprint in Real Estate. Monique feels proud of all achieved in being part of the creation at Lifestyle Property Group!
