Live Real Estate - Fourways

I am Ryan, born and raised in Johannesburg, and have been working in the property industry since the age of 18. Over the past seven years, I have built hands-on experience across residential sales, rentals, client service, and the administration and day-to-day management of rental portfolios.

I am a certified Property Practitioner, holding an NQF Level 4 qualification in Real Estate and having successfully completed my PDE 4 examination. Most recently, I completed a Business Management qualification through the University of Cape Town, strengthening my knowledge of business operations, management and commercial decision-making.

My experience has allowed me to work closely with property owners, tenants, buyers and sellers, while developing practical experience in rental portfolio administration and management. This includes supporting the ongoing operation of property portfolios, managing client and tenant relationships, coordinating requirements and helping ensure that properties and related processes are managed effectively.

As my career has developed, so has my interest in the broader management and performance of property portfolios. I am continuing to build my capabilities in this area, combining practical real estate experience with business and operational knowledge to develop towards greater responsibility in Property Portfolio Management.

I am structured, results-driven and motivated by delivering a high standard of service. I value clear communication, accountability, satisfied clients and being part of a well-functioning team, with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and consistent performance.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in cars, mountain biking and photography, which provide a balance between my professional life, technical interests and creativity.
