I'm William Tsele, a Property Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the construction, architecture, and real estate industries. My journey started as an architectural draughtsman, where I developed a strong foundation in design and technical detailing. Over the years, I progressed into roles as a team leader and project lead, managing a variety of construction projects from planning through to successful completion.

Working across different stages of the built environment has given me a unique perspective — I don’t just see property as a transaction, but as part of a much bigger picture that includes quality design, solid construction, and long-term value.

Now, as a Property Practitioner, I combine this hands-on industry experience with a client-focused approach to help people make informed property decisions. Whether it's guiding a first-time buyer, assisting with investment opportunities, or consulting on development potential, I bring practical insight and a commitment to getting things done right.
