Ju- Mari graduated from the Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Design with achievements in Major Photography and Minor Graphic Design. The three year Bachelors program equipped her with a firm foundation in Contemporary Photography, focusing on the fusion of critical thinking, technical ability and conceptual communication.

Ju-Mari's achievements to date have allowed her to experience many facets of life including lecturing photography at North West University and Potchefstroom Academy, an internship at ZAM magazine in the Netherlands as well as working on board the P&O Cruise liners in the South Pacific as a photographer.

She enjoys the various aspects and freedom of creativity within photography and finds it rewarding to be able to share her expertise in an architectural environment.
