After twenty years as an executive manager for a large retailer Neels Nothnagel joined the real estate industry. This retail background formed and cemented his philosophy of, "it's not about me, it is all about serving the customer".

Neels is known for integrity, sincerity and diplomacy in all his dealings. In his tenure in the property business he has primarily strived to be someone in whom his clients can put their trust. He aims to understand his client's needs and to build relationships that would last a lifetime.

On a personal level, Neels who is married to Hannetjie for 45 years, lives in Fourways Sandton, from where he serves the local community, as well as those of the greater Northern suburbs of Johannesburg, as a realtor and property consultant. He considers family very important and it gives him great satisfaction to see a family he placed or sold a property to, to be really happy in their new home. This, in his view is what makes real estate such a fulfilling career.
