Brendon Funnell – Principal Property Practitioner | Upper Highway Estate Agent

I’m Brendon Funnell, or “Mr Fun”. I’m the Principal and Owner of Real Estate Company, and I’ve been selling and renting property in Durban’s Upper Highway since 2007. I hold a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) designation, having completed my NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications and PPRA exams. I’m registered with the PPRA as a Principal Property Practitioner, and I lead a team of dynamic property professionals.

The Upper Highway has been home to me, my wife Tarryn and our two girls for over 15 years. I know Hillcrest, Kloof, Gillitts, Waterfall, Forest Hills, Winston Park, Everton, Botha’s Hill and Assagay as a local, not just as an agent.

I believe in adding value before the sale, and most of my business comes from referrals. Whether you’re selling your home, looking for a rental or need a property valuation, I’ll give your property maximum exposure. That means Property24 and Private Property plus targeted social media marketing that reaches buyers and tenants the portals miss.

Enough talk, time for action. Get in touch however suits you.
