My name is Brigit Maritz and I hail from Mossel Bay. An agent since 2003, I approach the business in an entirely different way. I bump into prospective clients on my daily travels and then I hone in on their needs 100%. I then roll up my sleeves and 'go shopping' on their behalf. Clients love this as I am taking their needs wholly into account. I know I can do much better and sell more, but to me, being an estate agent it is to form special bonds with my clients, on both seller and buyer sides. I prefer to be the tortoise in the race. Specialising in industrial properties I tackle residential now and again.
