As Founder and CEO of Tshenolo Properties, Babsy leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers of distinguished properties throughout Centurion West and Johannesburg North. Babsy's career took off as an educator in 1992 and resigned in 1999 to complete a B.Com Degree in Tourism Management, and later she became a lecturer in Marketing and Tourism at a TVET institution.

She developed an interest in real estate when she entered the market to buy a property and joined the industry on a full-time basis in 2014. Babsy has worked for prestigious property organisations such as Platinum Daleen Properties, AIDA, Keller Williams Centurion & Cosmopolitan Projects, and Baroque Properties. Babsy opened her own business in 2017 pursuing her dream of owning a real estate agency.

Babsy is passionate about teaching and learning and uses her experience in teaching to educate and inspire her team and clients. With an extremely positive outlook, Babsy always strives to achieve the absolute best. Babsy has a University Diploma in Education, a Diploma in Education Management, a Diploma in Office Computing, a B. Com Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) from Wits Business School.
