Thembelani Mei holds a Public Management and Administration qualification from the University of Free State, where he majored in Human Resources, Politics and Marketing.

Upon completing his degree, he worked as a Sales Consultant at Capitec Bank for 8 years and later joined the property industry as a Candidate Property Practitioner, selling new developments under COMMFREE 2017. He then joined the Black-owned agency Tenant Finder as a Rental and Sales agent.

As time progressed, he moved to Just Property as a Sales Specialist. After some time, he joined the Rental department as Keller Williams Explore headhunted him. During 2020 when the pandemic (COVID-19) hit hard he joined Old Mutual Finance, as most businesses were put on hold. In June 2023, he resumed the property business as both a Rental and Sales Agent.

Rendering the best service has always been his motivation, he believes he got proper training in customer service from his humble beginnings with the Capitec Bank. Delivering and client satisfaction are his main concerns, as business grows from Word of mouth, and it can only be so if he does right his clients; (sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants).
