It will be house share with 1 other person. The house is mostly furnished and is fully equipped. There is uncapped internet, an inverter for uninterrupted power, and a domestic worker three times a week. There is a small dog. The person who lives there also has a work office at home.
This house would suit a like-minded professional who values a clean, easy-going home. Someone settled, respectful, and comfortable would be a great fit. Again, this is house share for a like minded professional. Its not for couples and families.
Rent is R9,500 per month.
